The Hilltrux Story...

Hilltrux Tank Lines, Inc. was founded in 1992 with the philosophy that we would not accept any load that we could not give a reasonable assurance of an on time delivery. Starting out with just one tractor-trailer, we are now operating thirty-eight units, serving over fifty customers on a regular basis and delivering over 150 million gallons annually, hauling all variations of petroleum products from motor oils and aviation fuels, to gasoline and home heating oil. Hilltrux Tank Lines, Inc. normally operates in a 150 mile radius of our home office in North Jackson, Ohio. We are however always willing to work outside of this area to meet our customers' needs. For more information on our service area, please click here.

We are large enough to meet your needs but small enough to provide personal service. We have the ability to bring additional equipment on line should your business require it, and we have the resources in place to ensure that you have the delivery paperwork in your hands within twenty-four hours of delivery.

All of our transports are cellular equipped to facilitate any changes you may have to your orders throughout the day and to keep you aware of terminal outages and delays, and over half of the units are pump equipped should your delivery be to an above ground tank.

In 2002, in order to meet our customer’s requests for delivery of a premium winter diesel fuel, we began using FPPF Fleet Formula Winter fuel additive.  This was after trying many suppliers’ additives.  We found that the FPPF line was the most cost effective, as well as the highest quality of all the available products, especially since it contains “Fuel Power” which has been the industry standard “year ‘round” fuel treatment for over thirty years. Within a year we had expanded our usage of FPPF products to the point where we became a distributor of the entire line of FPPF products.

One important note… we DO NOT compete with our customers.  We have no bulk plant for “leftover” product, we do not sell product to our own stations or to our own customers.  We will NEVER deliver to your customer then turn around and try to sell that customer on our own.
