Hilltrux Marine Fueling
Hilltrux Tank Lines, Inc. is has been providing fueling transport service to vessels on Lake Erie from Cleveland to Conneaut, OH. Should you have a need for our services in other areas (such as Erie, Pittsburg, East Liverpool, etc.) in the future, please let us know and we will initiate the certification process for the areas that you require.
Our Mobile Transfer Facility is ready to go, operated by a Certified P.I.C.
Pump power is provided hydraulically from a PTO on the truck’s transmission.
Hydraulic hoses connect to the pickup truck
Butterfly valves are installed on the lines
Safety cones and spill kits are ready to go

and all equipment is readily accessible.
Hilltrux Tank Lines, Inc. has been providing petroleum transport service to local truck stops, gas stations, trucking companies, bulk plants, and airports since 1992. We received coast guard approval to provide dockside service in the Cleveland to Conneaut area on May 1, 2003.
Vessels should be equipped to accept standard cam lock (Panama) transfer fittings. Our hoses have three inch female ends, and we come equipped with sufficient fittings to be able to attach to either three or four inch male or female fittings on the vessel.
Our Marine Service Unit is a self contained pump trailer which carries spill containment supplies, safety cones, eyewash station, intrinsically safe communication devices, and is equipped with three swedged end hoses at twenty, thirty and fifty foot lengths.
If any of your vessels require any different connection fittings or hoses in excess of fifty feet, please feel free to let us know your needs and we will be happy to do everything in our power to provide the equipment needed to fulfill your requirements.
Whether the delivery is 7,500 or 75,000 gallons, our Transfer Facility is ready to go! We designed this unit so that all of the necessary equipment would be easily available to meet the needs of any marine delivery.
The hydraulic powered product pump can unload a transport unit into a vessel in less than thirty minutes. Multiple transport deliveries are more efficient because:
- The pump trailer is faster than most truck mounted product pumps
- There is no need to dispatch only pump transports to the delivery site, thus making any of our 32 units available for delivery
- The chance of a spill when connecting and disconnecting from the vessel are minimized because we only have to connect once for all of the transports
